Does it sometimes seem to you that the situation you find yourself in has already happened to you before? The place is familiar, the chain of events seems familiar to you. Probably everyone has experienced this strange phenomenon, which is called déjà vu, often also referred to as a disturbance of memories. What is it caused by? You will find the answer by reading the rest of this article.
Deja vu is a situation that everyone has to deal with. Some people experience it more often, others less often. However, few people know what a disturbance of memories really is and why it occurs in their lives. It often evokes mixed feelings, and we take a moment to embrace what has just happened. Sometimes we start to recall what we did last time so that we can somehow connect the facts. However, after a few moments of reflection, we realise that such an identical situation never had the right to happen to us. This is déjà vu. The term means "already seen". The characteristics of this phenomenon are the suddenness of the occurrence, the feelings accompanying the event are brief, lasting only a few seconds, the impossibility of associating when we have experienced the same situation, déjà vu concerns a place, specific people and the situation as a whole and not a single element.
Unfortunately, the phenomenon of distorted memories is still shrouded in considerable mystery even for scientists. The occurrence of déjà vu can be the cause of illnesses such as migraine auras or accompany epileptic seizures. Sometimes we may have the feeling that something has already happened in our life, simply because an element is familiar to us from another situation. For example, if the chairs in a restaurant are very similar to those of our aunt, we may experience déjà vu even if we are in that place for the first time in our lives.
It may be interesting to note that déjà vu can be experienced by people who are blind. The abilities of the other senses are so strong that a certain sound can trigger the feeling of déjà vu. This phenomenon is most often experienced by young, overtired and stressed people, as well as travellers. Some believe that the disturbance of memories may be strongly linked to reincarnation, but this is a matter for personal reflection.
Unfortunately, we still know very little about the causes of the déjà vu phenomenon. Scientists are still researching this condition and trying to find out why it occurs. This phenomenon was already considered in the time of Socrates and Plato, so it is not something that has appeared in our time. The fact that it is taking so long to identify the reasons for experiencing this phenomenon seems somewhat disturbing, but at the same time fascinating.

How do you discover the power within yourself? On spiritual development
The ability to read the future, travel in the astral plane or read minds are skills that every person would love to possess. It seems that in order to boast such an art, one must be born with the right gift. However, nothing could be further from the truth, for although innate talents are indeed significant, the true shaping of our powers is something we decide for ourselves. People endowed with paranormal powers are those who have reached their higher self, i.e. reached the highest level of spiritual development or one of the higher degrees. It is therefore not something everyone is born with, but something they work on and slowly achieve. No one is deprived of the possibility of achieving this, for everyone has the necessary potential, but unfortunately only a few try to use it.
In spiritual development, meditation is the most important and, in the case of the desire to discover power within oneself, it is also the basis. Spending at least a few minutes a day meditating will help to clear the mind, make us more open to stimuli from the Universe and at the same time allow us to feel inner harmony and peace. Meditation also does not require much preparation or complicated activities. We just need to find some time and a place where we can sit comfortably and, instead of the noise of the surrounding world, focus on ourselves. Listening to our own breath, we try to synchronise with it with all our senses. By thinking only of these rhythmic breaths, we move all bad emotions and experiences away from ourselves.
Meditation is precisely to clear our mind, allowing us to forget experiences, but analysing them is also an important element in our spiritual training. Before going to sleep, try to recall various situations from the day, but approach them not emotionally but rationally. Think about how you acted and how you could have acted, what would have been the best solution. Gradually, you will begin to notice the small mistakes you make that you were not even aware of. You will also then learn how to deal with them, and you will see a new perspective in how you perceive many things.
It is also important to work on the mind itself; it is, after all, nature's most perfect creation and hides unexplored possibilities, including the very power we can master. The right hemisphere, which is linked to the left side of the body, is responsible for creative abilities, so right-handed people need to practise left-handed activities and left-handed people vice versa. This will allow both of our hemispheres to work evenly and make the mind much more productive. This skill will not only be useful for spiritual development, but it will improve the comfort of our lives, we will have a better memory, concentration and more desire to work.
Last, but by no means least, is to trust your intuition. In a world of haste, universalisation and the imposition of certain patterns of behaviour, as well as the need to conform to society, intuition has been pushed into the shadows. It is treated as something irrational and unimportant and nobody takes it seriously. Worse still, most of us are not good at reading the signs that suggest our intuition is telling us something. The preceding points will fortunately sharpen our senses to the stimuli sent from both the Universe and ourselves. We will see that the slight sense of anxiety that sometimes overtakes us or the inexplicable euphoria are whispers from our soul, which wants to tell us how to behave in a given situation.
We will be surprised how, after a few months of following these cues, our senses and the way we perceive the world will develop. Our confidence in ourselves will definitely increase, and this is like the best way to reach the higher self.

What does your zodiac sign say about your child?
Aries
The Aries child is lively and very loud. He cannot sit still in one place. They are very active and because of this, they often get hurt. If you have an Aries child, be careful of dangerous objects, and make sure to protect all edges of furniture in advance. Due to his impetuous nature, he often suffers minor injuries. He is very good at learning but lacks discipline and regularity.
Taurus
Children under the sign of Taurus are very stubborn, which can be particularly annoying for less patient parents. It requires a strong hand and a lot of attention. At school, he tends to take charge in a group and, in special cases, even terrorise weaker children.
Twins
Children under the sign of the Twins are usually intelligent and modest. They arouse the jealousy of others by their ability and often become victims of school violence. At home, they take care of themselves and cause few problems for their parents.
Cancer
At first contact, they seem shy and quiet, but when they get to know the group better, they become noisy and try to impose their point of view on the other children, forcing them to play and behave in a certain way. At home, they can be noisy and stubborn, but at the same time hypersensitive, giving their parents a headache.
Leo
Children with Leo tend to be narcissistic and selfish from a very young age, so it is best for them to have siblings. Leo singletons grow up to be self-centred people who do not pay attention to the needs of others. For this reason, it is important to show them a lot of affection so that they are less likely to develop these negative traits.
Virgo
Children under the sign of Virgo do well in school but have difficulty making friends. The combination of their innate curiosity about the world and their shyness often leads to nervous problems. In order to avoid this, it is important to give them plenty of attention and ensure that they have extra-curricular activities with their peers.
Libra
The Libra child does not usually stand out from the crowd. He/she performs mediocre at school but has a large group of friends. It is difficult to motivate them to study beyond the standard they set themselves. In the case of Libra, standard simply means passing school without much effort.
Scorpio
The Scorpio child has a cheerful disposition. He or she is often the soul of the company. This trait unfortunately fades with adolescence, when Scorpio becomes more cautious and closed off. Worth noting is the fact of the need to compete, so it is worth trying to get extra sports activities or enrolling your child in martial arts.
Sagittarius
Sagittarius children are lively, cheerful and positively disposed. However, unlike Aries, they do not need competition. They value friendship as a value in itself. Friendships made in their early years often continue into adulthood. At home, they are unlikely to trouble their parents, occupying themselves with playing with their own children or studying.
Capricorn
A trait that distinguishes them from other children is their constancy of interest and stubbornness. If your Capricorn offspring finds a hobby, you can be sure that he or she will cultivate it well into adulthood. Once he becomes interested in something, it is very difficult to dissuade him from it. At school, he needs to find someone who shares his passions, otherwise he will feel lonely and alienated from the group.
Aquarius
The Aquarius child has a hundred ideas at once. He gets bored very quickly and needs new stimuli to stimulate his imagination. He is very sociable at school and has many friends.
Pisces
Children under the sign of Pisces are usually very quiet and withdrawn from their peer group. They often have problems with self-esteem. Due to their hypersensitivity, they need to be treated gently and given lots of love.

What is spiritualism?
Each person has individual character traits and predispositions. Some are born with an analytical mind that enables them to make extraordinary scientific discoveries, while others have creativity or a great voice. There are also people among us who are gifted with extraordinary sensitivity and intuition, which is beyond general understanding. Such people often possess an extraordinary ability that is inaccessible to mere mortals, namely the ability to make contact with the hereafter and to establish communication with extraterrestrial beings. Generally such abilities are called spiritism.
Foundations of spiritism
The foundations of spiritualism are considered to be the work published by Allan Kardec, who claimed to have contacted spirits on a number of occasions. News of the extraordinary work quickly spread around the world, and writers Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Ernesto Bozzano became the first exponents of the new doctrine. However, the origins of spiritualism go back to ancient times. Probably few people know that the great Greek philosopher Socrates was in the habit of communicating with his spirit guide, whom he called his own guardian. When he wanted to meet him, he used to put himself into a state of absolute, mental passivity. Believing in an invisible spirit and resolutely refusing to deny its existence proved fatal for Socrates. He was labelled a heretic and sentenced to martyrdom by poisoning with hemlock. Kardec himself stated that it was Socrates who gave him the idea to write the work ..... In modern times. Spiritism in itself is not considered a religion. The doctrine asserts that there is no god above all things, and that spirits have the ability to improve and atone for sins committed during their lifetime. Extraterrestrial beings can improve themselves through gradual reincarnation, while communicating and interfering with human life. It is also said that there is life on other planets besides Earth.
Nowadays, spiritualism is widely present in the cultural world: in many films, TV programmes or series, one can find elements of this doctrine

Esotericism and psychotronics or secret knowledge
The word esotericism comes from the Greek and means internal. Inner, meaning hidden somewhere in the depths of the essence of humanity, inaccessible, unknowable. Esotericism therefore means secret knowledge, hidden inside and only attainable through extrasensory perception. Esotericism is therefore knowledge and experience accessible only to a close circle of selected individuals. Esotericists diligently protect their secrets from the uninitiated. For this reason, they lock themselves away in secret societies
and brotherhoods, separating themselves clearly from the outside world. Esoteric associations can be found in various cultures. Already in antiquity, secret mystery groups existed, such as the Egyptian cult of the goddesses Isis and Osiris and the Syrian cult of Adonis. Only the masters had access to the mysteries. Admission to the community followed a solemn ordination and involved difficult initiation rites. The aim of the mysteries was salvation, so adepts were required to purify their souls, scarred by sensuality, in order to pass without the slightest hindrance through the future judgement and the perilous road to eternal light. Asceticism was to be the preparation for salvation. Real divinisation was to be achieved through sacred meals, during which, it was believed, the deity himself was eaten. In the Middle Ages, the esoteric tradition developed above all in German Hasidism. Through the Spanish Kabbalah, the mystical direction of Judaism, esotericism became a folk religion. It was believed that the widespread spread of this secret science heralded the end of the world.
Unexplained phenomena - the subject of psychotronics research
Unexplained phenomena described in esoteric literature are the subject of research in parapsychology and especially psychotronics. It is generally thought that psychotronics is the domain of magic rather than science. This thinking is accompanied by the veil of mystery inherent in esotericism. According to parapsychologist Jozef Świtkowski, a phenomenon is ascribed a magical character when the conditions of its origin seem to contradict the known laws of nature. In this sense, some objects of psychotronic research can appear magical, especially those that are awe-inspiring, repulsive and attractive at the same time. Nowadays, most of these phenomena manage to be explained by scientific methods. However, there are some whose essence cannot be fathomed by rational means. Psychotronics is already an independent, interdisciplinary branch of knowledge, which - as defined by Zdenek Rejdák - deals with forces acting at a distance. It considers interactions both between people and between people and the organic and inorganic world around them. These interactions involve the energetic forms of the higher organised living matter. Psychotronics also investigates the energetic essence of phenomena traditionally known under the concepts of telepathy, telekinesis, telegnosis (clairvoyance) and a number of other seemingly inexplicable internal missions of the body.
The phenomenon of telekinesis is born in the psyche of young people
Let us take a closer look at the phenomenon of telekinesis, for example. For quite a long time now, parapsychologists have been able to establish a certain regularity in its course. It has been noted, for example, that where strange movement of objects takes place, there is usually a young person in adolescence, and it is this person who tends to be the unconscious source of this activity. Following this lead, it has been established that the process of puberty is sometimes accompanied by a temporary ability to induce spontaneous telekinetic phenomena. This ability appears unexpectedly and passes away. However, it can sometimes be restored with special training. This allows scientists to observe telekinesis under laboratory conditions. What is the mechanism of this phenomenon and its mysteriousness? One theory is that living organisms emit and absorb gravitational waves that affect objects.
The mysterious phenomenon of telekinesis inspires cultural creators and has therefore been adapted for use in literature, art, films and TV series. Suffice it to mention the cheerful convention of our Polish series of recent years: The Ranch and The Foster Family, where the "magic tricks" of the young protagonists sow fear in the community. But telekinesis is a genuine, albeit unnatural, phenomenon. Let's get to know one story, whose protagonist is a twelve-year-old boy Jimmy, son of James Hermann, an American airline representative. The story takes place in the United States in February 1959. One day, the boy's mother telephoned Hermann's office to inform her husband that six bottles in the house had suddenly "opened". They contained liquids such as solvent, hydrogen peroxide, camphor spirit and soda. And while these were undoubtedly chemicals, it was difficult to find a cause that could have caused six corks to explode at once, especially as the bottles were in four different rooms. Since then, the Hermanns have had no peace. In their house, bottles "flew" in the bathroom, the sugar bowl "danced" around the room, the globe "flew" impetuously through the hall, the portable gramophone strangely scratched the wooden table and the heavy bookshelf stood "upside down". No one was able to help the family. It was only when psychologist Dr Pratt from Duke University arrived on site and conducted a series of psychotherapeutic interviews with Jimmy that the situation returned to normal.

The strangest superstitions - what's bad luck and what's lucky
A belief is born into a conviction, and although most people consider superstition to be mere superstition, they secretly wonder if there is any spark of truth in it. Fear of various forces, for which it is difficult to find a rational explanation, created beliefs that protected against evil and that produced good. This magical thinking created religion on the one hand and superstition on the other.
While religions have survived, superstition and superstition have been 'invaded' by rational thinking. Meanwhile, paradoxically, many superstitions have a logical justification and even several explanations. As in the case of the unlucky thirteenth, feared by Poles. It was on Friday the thirteenth that the Master of the Templar Order was murdered for money. The last supper was eaten by the twelve apostles and the thirteenth was Judas.
The mysterious nature of the cat has led to supernatural qualities being attributed to it. The cat crossing the road frightens Italians and Poles. The English, Irish and Japanese conversely, there a black kitten is good luck. And observing the behaviour of this animal, heralds a certain weather. In America, the cat must be white when you meet it in the evening, bad luck. However, when you dream of it, fly straight away to play the money lottery. In Germany, a black cat should run from left to right; when it's the other way around, the German does a U-turn and makes up the road. When in France and coincidentally with a cat under your arm, avoid rivers. Crossing, even over a bridge, is certain death. When the cat suddenly disappears from the house, everyone is about to get sick, even though he had something else on his mind.
Many superstitions are related to numbers; in China, eight is good luck, prosperity, but four is not.
The English count crows; one - mourning, two - good luck, three - life without financial obligations, four - wealth, five - illness, and six - certain death. Meanwhile, in Russia, forty days a distant family must wait to meet a new family member. This is how long it takes for him or her to receive a soul. Only the parents and the midwife have access.
In Japan, four - shi, pronounced to mean death, is in vain on the fourth floor, for example, of any building. For similar reasons, seventeen in Italy, which in the Roman notation, means - I lived, if it appears on a Friday - total disaster, Seventeen in Swedish is a terrible vulgar bluster. But four in Italian is fine, indeed in Polish too - a four-leaf clover. Seven in many countries is a friendly number, only not knowing why it is said - like seven misfortunes.
Many superstitions "apply" in many countries together: watch out for doorsteps, spilled salt, people knock on wood, but Italians, for a change, iron. Beliefs can be inexplicable. In Turkey, if you don't spit out your chewing gum before dusk, it turns into a corpse. A Japanese man captured in a photograph, in the middle, between two people, can expect the worst. There, a samurai doused accidentally by a geisha, with water after washing his hands, will not live to see three years; indeed, few samurai survive even without this.
Russians are careful with gifts, flowers only in odd numbers and not yellow (infidelity). And gifted knives are enemies, scarves - tears alone, clocks - certain divorces. Don't sit on the corner of the table or try to whistle in the house - poverty as nothing.
Europeans don't walk under ladders, don't break mirrors, use church bells to ward off evil spirits, to this day. Evil spirits lurk everywhere, if you leave your wet pants in China overnight, outside, inevitably in the morning the evil spirits are already there. To get rid of them, the Italians escort the deceased to the cemetery by one route and return by another, in order to confuse the ghost cleverly, as there is no going home. The Japanese hide their thumbs in a flash at the sight of a cemetery procession, as their parents may soon depart this world. Evil spirits in Greece have no chance of entering a house unless there is a cactus in front of the entrance. You are in a Polish hospital, if the flowers you receive are white and red and you see them in the same vase, you are dead. Anyway, it's not recommended to take flowers out of the hospital because you might not come back from it next time. And what's a poor Chinese man who is eating noodles supposed to say. He might choke because if he tries to cut it short, he will cut his life short. English people are not allowed to go bald, because baldness brings home loss, death of a child and total financial collapse. This is probably why toupees (wigs) are so popular.
We could go on forever with these examples. If one were to collect them, it would make a book bigger than the Bible.
Sometimes it is easier to grab a button at the sight of a chimney sweep than to think rationally. The success of these superstitions and superstitions, lies in the power of faith. For further on man, encounters problems he cannot, cannot, does not want to understand. Witchcraft works, it allows the status quo to be preserved as such in the struggle against bad luck. Superstition is innocent as long as it does not affect the lives of others; this is not always the case. Superstition's big sister, religion, still divides people, causes tension and unrest.

What colour is your aura?
Is the aura an image of a bioelectric field that can be seen felt, controlled? Or is it just a bizarre invention?
What colour is your aura?
And what is it? You didn't even suppose you had one? Not surprisingly, for most people the aura is invisible...if it exists at all. Those who believe in its existence claim that it is a kind of electromagnetic or bioelectric field surrounding every living organism. According to proponents of the existence of the aura, its colour or otherwise power can reflect one's personality, mood or state of health. There is no scientific evidence conclusively confirming or denying the aura. But it seems that the group of people who believe in the existence of the aura is slowly growing. The most commonly cited evidence for its existence is the Kirlian experiment and the photograph of the aura itself. However, any conclusions from such photographs are still an open question.
Here are links to websites with a wealth of information that may help you form your own opinion about the aura:
On the website How To See and Read the Aura,( How to See and Read the Aura) Dr. Tom J. Chalko maintains a rather comprehensive website. Through it, he explains that one can learn to consciously influence the human bioelectric field, or in other words, one's aura by means of meditation and concentration exercises. According to Dr Chalko, in this way - by controlling the aura - one can influence the body's self-healing process. In another tab of the website, Dr Chalko presents examples of bioelectrography (which is very reminiscent of Kirlian photography). In his view, it shows the 'intelligent and coherent exchange of electrical information' from which life is built.
There are websites of small companies offering to photograph a client's aura for a fee (so-called aura imaging - 'aura imagining') using a special camera. One such company is Aura Imagining (link does not work). According to the company, their camera works on the level of the chakras, and the picture would have to be taken two or three times a year. This is probably due to the fact that they paid dearly for their camera, in addition to offering models for sale on their website for as little as ten thousand dollars apiece. Their photos are not Kirlian photographs, however, they show a portrait of the photographed person surrounded by a rainbow cloud. True Kirlian photographs are created without the use of a camera. However, even Dr Chalko, in broadcasts and programmes, strongly questions the reliability of the aura cameras mentioned. Dr Chalko claims that they will take a picture of the aura even if the person who is supposed to produce the aura is not in the picture.
A company called Auras and Energy ('Auras and Energy') analyses the colours of the aura, explaining the meaning of each colour. The company will also advise on how to sense one's own aura with one's (previously sensitised) hands and how to cleanse one's energy field using salt, water, baking soda and Epsom salt. Why all the fuss? On his page "The Importance of a Healthy Aura", Dr Dee explains that "the aura is the simplest and most effective way to draw and accumulate energy, which can then be used". The site provided also offers information on how to heal one's own aura through proper nutrition or some type of laser therapy.
On Robert Bruce's SpiritWeb site, one can come across a lot of precise information regarding the aura. As Bruce states, the aura "is both an energy field and a representation of the subtle life energy located in the body". In addition, he explains why most people do not see the aura and presents methods that will enable you to see it. Exercises from the See Auras website ('see auras', link does not work) show two steps to discover the 'human energy field', made up of seven layers. As stated, the exercises require some practice, but you can do it yourself.
As for the sceptical approach, it is worth reading the entry on auras in the Skeptic's Dictionary. There you will find not only a lot of introductory information on the subject, but also a challenge to the assumption that the aura is supposed to reflect health. Furthermore, it is highlighted that even among proponents of the aura theory, there is no consensus on what colour would correspond to a particular health condition. Another website that questions the issue of auras is Human Auras and Energy Fields, where the validity of Kirlian's photograph (experiment) and other attempts to photograph auras are questioned, as well as the testimony of those who claim to be able to sense or see auras.
What do you think? Is the aura merely an invention? Is it an actual bioelectric field that can be seen, felt, controlled? Just as we go to a chiropractor today to have us adjusted, will we one day go to an aura therapist to have it fixed?
